Excellent stay with superb location
friendly staff quiet location
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was nice and quiet. The hotel transfer to the train station proved convenient. I also found several great restaurants located a short walk away from the hotel and enjoyed trying local cuisines.
The hotel did not have elevators, so carrying luggage to upper floors was difficult. There was no one to help with the luggage.

The front desk staff exhibited good service . Staff members were friendly and offered prompt assistance when needed. They spoke English well, very helpful.

Breakfast cost €10 per person each morning and proved a great start to the day. The breakfast area remained clean and well kept. There were various options available, including bread, cheeses, fruits, and hot beverages.

clean room quiet location
The room was very clean , and the breakfast offered a good variety of items. The staff were helpful , especially with directions. I appreciated the quiet location. It provided a peaceful retreat after busy days.
The walk to the main tourist areas was a bit long.

Basic Stay with Some Issues
uncomfortable bed rough bedsheets
The location was fairly convenient to public transport options
The room I booked did not match what I received and it was disappointing. It had a very uncomfortable Murphy bed. The pillows were also thin and hard. The bedsheets were rough to the touch. This resulted in a poor night's sleep.

helpful staff convenient location well-priced breakfast
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers efficiently, a very welcome assistance. the location is convenient, providing easy access to various points of interest! the rooms were very clean. i particularly appreciated the breakfast. It was well-priced and set me up perfectly for each day.
My only concern was noise. My room, being near the reception desk, meant activity sometimes kept me awake at night

The reception service operated 24/7. This ensures assistance is always available , giving a sense of security. staff members were proficient in english, which facilitated clear communication and ease of understanding for all requests! staff handled luggage with care.

convenient location nearby restaurants small room uncomfortable bed
the location was really convenient. bars and restaurants were around the corner. i was charmed by the quick walk south to the bus park, it took only ten minutes.
The room was smaller than expected and it didn't look like what i had booked. the bed consisted of a murphy bed, and it was uncomfortable!

hot room pipe noise
the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room was hot making sleep difficult. mosquitoes were present in the junior suite. a noise from the pipes was also persistent throughout one night.
